Guest Registration

Senior and Porch members may introduce guests whom they personally accompany. Those guests over 17 may come as Adult Guests. All guests under 18 may come as Day Junior Guests (one day only) or Week Junior Guests (7 consecutive days), both of which include the guest fee and the JA fee. No guest may use the Club for more than 7 days during a Club year.

Senior and Porch Members can have their grandchildren as a guest and participate in JA by paying a One Week Grandchild fee for each grandchild for each week (7 consecutive days) or part of a week that the grandchild is there. There is no charge to have a grandchild under the age of 2 as a guest.

The Club recommends that those bringing guests to the Club, who desire to participate in JA, give at least two weeks’ notice to the Social Director/Associate Manager of the Club as there may not be room for guests and the first priority for guests will be given to those notifying the Club in a timely manner.

Babysitters should be age appropriate with a degree of maturity and experience. First aid training is desirable and a proper child to babysitter ratio is requested. A non-member parent babysitting for his or her child must pay guest fees.

To register a guest please fill out the form below and the manager will advise payment options. Guest registration must be confirmed by the social director/associate manager before a guest may use club facilities. All 2023 prices below are inclusive of GST and PST.
